Levels 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 met the specified overall flatness of FF 35 and overall levelness of FL 25. Level 5 measured an overall FF of 31 and an overall FL of 22, with a local minimum FF of 19 in the north west quadrant between column lines 3 and 6, below the minimum local value of FF 24 required by 03 30 00 paragraph 3.12.
The deficient area on level 5 measures approximately 2,850 square feet. Correction by grinding or by an approved underlayment is required under 03 30 00 paragraph 3.12 at no additional cost. Retest of the corrected area is recommended before resilient flooring is installed.
