Returned Make Corrections Noted. The submitted warranty form is a fifteen year prorated warranty. Specification 07 52 00 paragraph 1.05 requires a twenty year no dollar limit warranty that is not prorated and does not exclude ponding water of less than forty eight hours duration. Resubmit the correct warranty form. The membrane, insulation and cover board products are acceptable as submitted.

Membrane: 160 mil SBS modified bituminous cap sheet, granulated, over a 100 mil base ply, torch applied. Insulation: polyisocyanurate in two layers, 2.6 inches and 2.0 inches, joints staggered. Cover board: 0.5 inch high density polyiso. Tapered system by the membrane manufacturer providing one quarter inch per foot to drains with half inch per foot crickets.
