Increase the mullion depth or add an intermediate structural support and resubmit calculations sealed by a Florida registered engineer.
Typical vision unit: 6 mm heat strengthened outboard with low emissivity coating on surface two, 12 mm argon filled cavity, 6 mm heat strengthened inboard. Spandrel unit: 6 mm heat strengthened outboard with ceramic frit on surface two over a 12 mm cavity and 6 mm heat strengthened inboard with insulated back pan.
