Raise the parapet at the north elevation between column lines 6 and 11 by 4 inches to provide the 8 inch minimum base flashing height required by specification 07 52 00 paragraph 3.04. Revised detail 7/A-501 attached. This ASI clarifies the Contract Documents and is issued at no change in Contract Sum and no change in Contract Time. Proceed with the work as revised.
Detail 7/A-501 revision 2, parapet section at north elevation, showing the raised concrete masonry parapet, revised coping, and continuity of the air barrier from the wall assembly to the roof membrane at the raised height.
